Get in the BEST shape of your life! Do you want to lose weight, get a tight butt, toned thighs, small waist, chiseled arms and a lean, sculpted, sexy body? Whether you’re looking for a great workout, a fast way to get in shape for summer or an activity that takes you out of the four walls of a gym, this group-training workout is for you.

This outdoor workout will utilize many of the local parks. However, in the event of rain, we have an indoor studio so you don't have to worry about being cold and wet!

Traveling South on I-5: Take exit 302A/Rose Quarter. Stay in the left lane, proceed through the first light (Broadway). Turn left at the next light Weidler, you will be heading east. Continue on Weidler, it will jog to the left then right and turn into Broadway at 23rd Ave.
Traveling North on I-5: Take exit 302A/Weidler St. Stay in the right lane, turn right at the first light Weidler, you will be heading east. Continue on Weidler, it will jog to the left then right and turn into Broadway at 23rd Ave.
Traveling East on Highway 26: Stay in the right lane after the tunnel and follow the signs to I-5 north see directions above for traveling north on I-5
Traveling West on I-84: Stay in the right lanes and take the I-5 north ramp see directions above for traveling north on I-5
Traveling North on HWY 99 (turns into Grand Ave.): Turn right onto Weidler, you will be heading east. Continue on Weidler, it will jog to the left then right and turn into Broadway at 23rd Ave.
Traveling South on HWY 99 (turns into MLK Jr. Blvd.): Turn left onto Weidler, you will be heading east. Continue on Weidler, it will jog to the left then right and turn into Broadway at 23rd Ave.
