Enjoy a fun, adrenaline rush!
Plan to walk or run about 3 miles total with various challenges interspersed throughout the course. You’ll be crawling under, climbing up and over, orienteering, and completing various physical challenges. We can't give you too many details because it will ruin the surprise!
Rally a friend and come celebrate the end of winter and the beginning of spring in the true Northwest way – lots of mud! It will be an awesome and fun adventure and you’ll feel so amazing once you finish. Living Life to the Fullest!

Travelling on I5 North or South. Take the 99th street exit (Exit #5). Turn left (West) on 99th street (if coming from South) or Turn right (West) on 99th street (if coming from North). Take 99th Street to the very end, which is Lakeshore Ave and turn Right. Travel about 2 miles. Turn Left onto McCann Rd. Take McCann all the way until the end. It will curve to the right and then to the left (at Ashley Heights Dr) and then to the right again. Find parking on 141st or any of the side streets. You will walk about a ¼ mile to the starting point.

• Wear running shoes and dress for the weather.
• Change of clothes for after the event
• Friends and family to participate or to cheer you on |

• The event starts at 9:00am sharp so if you're not ready, you're starting late! It's all part of the adventure!
• Our attorneys have instructed us that it is absolutely imperative and mandatory that you sign our waiver! It is important to note that you have voluntarily agreed to participate in this event and you cannot sue us no matter what type of challenges Ted and Derrick come up with! :) |
