"My total cholesterol has dropped from 233 to 135 and my LDLs (bad cholesterol) dropped from 100+ to 76! My neck, shoulder and upper back aches are gone. I have discontinued prescription medication and my stress level has decreased significantly. I am even sleeping better!" - Pam Floyd

Time: 12:00noon-1:00pm
Description: Run like the Kenyans!
Have you noticed the trend towards shoes with less cushioning and stability features? Have you read any of the literature suggesting that wearing rigid shoes can cause complications to the foot, lower limb, knees and various other issues up the kinetic chain? Barefoot training re-conditions the foot to do its job and allows the foot and its 27 bones to articulate the way it was designed to do. However, if you’ve been wearing supportive shoes your whole life, you’ve got to ease into Barefoot Training or risk some serious issues. Attend this 10 week workout series to discuss current literature on Barefoot Training, suggested progressions and workouts and various ways to initiate Barefoot Training into your program.
Location: Northwest Personal Training
1011 Broadway,
Vancouver, WA
98660
Cost: $127 for entire 10-week training program

That’s about $12 per week for Derrick deLay, your own Personal Running Coach.
