Saturday August 21st 4:00-6:00pm - 2 hour Instruction segment at Northwest Personal Training, 1011 Broadway, Vancouver WA 98660

Sunday August 22nd 9:00am-Noon - 3 hours at Vancouver Lake Crew

The first 2 hours will be dry land instructional training on Saturday Aug 21st from 4:00-6:00pm and will be conducted at Northwest Personal Training in Vancouver. You'll watch a safety video, cover basic technique and sign forms needed to row at Vancouver Lake Crew (yes it is required). The next 3 hours will be Sunday morning August 22nd from 9:00am to noonish at Vancouver Lake Crew/Vancouver Lake Park. You will get to experience the art of rowing with experienced rowers in various boat sizes.

What to Bring: What to wear?
• Comfortable clothing
• Hat and Sunscreen
• Pack a windbreaker or rain jacket in the event of rain
• Pack a change of clothing in the event you get wet and you want to change out of your wet gear

What to bring to eat and drink?
• We’ll be there for 3 hours so bring some water and high-energy snacks
