Trevor enjoys working with a variety of clients of all ages and fitness backgrounds. His training style is simple; use your body as it was intended and have fun. It would be boring to eat the same foods day in and out, so why perform the same daily routine? Through a dynamic and fun total body conditioning workout including cardio-respiratory fitness, functional strength and flexibility, his workout routines will leave you feeling challenged and accomplished in a motivating and enjoyable environment.
