Philosophy
As a trainer, I truly believe that every hour I spend with a client I am playing a part in improving their quality of life. It is not just about being physically stronger either. Exercise is one of the best stress relief there is. By relieving the mind and building the body, we can allow ourselves to truly enjoy our time away from the gym to the fullest.
My job as a personal trainer is to be part motivator, part coordinator and part educator. I will motivate by creating a positive workout experience and always hold you accountable for your workouts. I will coordinate safe and effective workouts based on client specific goals. I will also educate you as to what types of tools you will need to make this your effective lifestyle change.
Client Base
Ted’s strengths include sport specific training (building strength and power specific to the movements needed for an activity), limited time workouts, body fat loss and general fitness.
