Philosophy
"It has been my lifelong ambition to educate, motivate and inspire people to exercise and have fun doing it. Treat your body as a temple - it’s the only one you’ve got - and everyone can make improvements."

My greatest reward is in knowing that I’ve helped guide someone to experience the life-changing rewards that fitness and exercise bring. The healthier we are, the more productive and happier we are in all aspects of life.  My work is your fitness goal.
Client Base
Sherri’s strengths include individualized programs custom-designed according to the client’s goals, needs and fitness levels and integrated strength-training programs developed to work the body as a whole functioning unit.
