Philosophy
"Breathe, Move, Live..."

Movement restores our sense of awareness in so many facets of our lives. Along with health and fitness comes increased confidence and the energy to turn opportunities and challenges into accomplishments and successes. Working in the health and fitness arena as a trainer, my joy has come from helping my clients define their short and long term fitness goals and then designing their program to help them achieve them. As they reconnect with their bodies, most will experience peaks and valleys along the way.
Since I have the experience to work with different movement disciplines, I am able to systematically and progressively work through the roadblocks they may experience giving them a sense of accomplishment and making it something they look forward to each and every day.
