I have the best job in the world! I get to meet and speak with women every day to teach them about what we have to offer at Northwest Women’s Fitness Club. Imagine coming into an environment that is nurturing, positive, inspirational, and just plain fun - I get to do it every day! My purpose here is to show others who we are and how we can help them reach the goals that maybe they think they can’t.  The people I meet are such a blessing to me and my co-workers.
I was the kid who couldn’t gain weight. Doctors told my mother to feed me milkshakes and baked potatoes with lots of butter. Well, I guess my body listened too well.  I gained 72 lbs with my first daughter and it took me 6 years to get it off.  Once I learned what worked for my body, I lost the weight, kept it off, and went to work for various companies in the fitness industry. I know what it takes to change your life, and hope I can inspire others who are in the same situation.

When I am not working, I am spending time with my four daughters, my wonderful husband, or my two grandsons. We are involved with two 4-wheel drive clubs in the area and work closely with the Forest Service in maintaining recreational areas for everyone to enjoy. I love to read, watch old movies, and spend time in the garage working on my jeep.
