I started working as a child care provider 17 years ago for Resort to Fitness, the facility that would become Northwest Women’s Fitness Club. At that point I had a 9-month-old baby and had never worked out in a gym. It took me six months to try any of the equipment; I finally gave it a shot and have been an avid fan of exercise ever since. I continued with child care (and my new-found fondness for exercise) for 14 years until the company changed to Northwest
Personal Training.
I stayed on as a member of the club and kept up my exercise routine; now two and a half years later, I am so excited to once again lead our child care program. It feels as though I never left! It gives me a great deal of joy and satisfaction to provide quality child care for new and seasoned moms alike so they can focus on themselves and become fit and healthy role models for their children. I look forward to making many new friends, big and small.
