"Northwest Personal Training holds me accountable to my goals. They call me if I don't show up for workouts. And they make it as 'fun' as they possibly can. I've lost 20 pounds and improved my muscular strength. And my energy has never been better!" - Rod Cook, Alpine Auto

Philosophy "Looking good, feeling great and living life to the fullest!" really does sum it up for me. These are truly the most important things we can do for ourselves, friends, and family.
In living a healthy lifestyle we are prepared to handle and excel at what life and God brings to us. I have always thought it would be fun to work in the fitness industry; having access to the knowledge and the equipment would help me reach and maintain my goals. I have the same issues that most of us have in getting to the gym and/or getting out and enjoying the great outdoors. I have struggled with my weight and fitness since I was a child; it was only when I started dancing
and met my wonderful husband that I really lost weight and started being much more active. Like so many of our clients, once I had my fantastic son my training went downhill - that is, you just can’t go dancing three nights a week or take off on your bike when ever you like (not that I regret those changes one bit).
So here I am today almost to my personal goals in such a short time, enjoying our outdoor adventures, and getting nagged and pushed by the trainers just like you! My job here at NWPT is to fix things (as many of you have seen me with my tools), create an inviting and nurturing atmosphere where members and clients want to come everyday, help people realize their own self worth, and get them started on their way to the rest of their amazing lives!
