Philosophy "Start with a positive attitude."
Sometimes the hardest part of a workout is not the weight or exercise but your own mindset. See yourself achieving and exceeding expectations. Maintain a “can do” philosophy. Visualize your goals everyday and understand what is really important to you. A healthy lifestyle does not happen in one day or one week. You must slowly adapt changes within your exercise, nutrition, and daily activity. Remember you are adopting a new lifestyle so you will need time. You are
never too old or young to begin these changes.
Every day is an opportunity to make another small change. Your health determines your quality of life, both now and in the future. Strive for your best health. Give it 100% effort to reach your goals. Making excuses or not giving it your best shot will only delay your goal and decrease your motivation. Your
effort will affect your achievements. Reward yourself along the way with healthy incentives and most of all have fun. With a positive attitude, attainable goals, and 100% effort, you will succeed!
