Philosophy
"Patience and persistence are vital qualities in the ultimate successful accomplishment of any worthwhile endeavor." - Joseph Pilates

After years of struggling with health problems and finally finding the solution through the elimination of processed foods and the addition of Pilates and yoga, I created the harmony my body needed to continue the other physical pursuits I enjoy such as running and lifting weights.
I have learned through yoga and Pilates the importance of being mindful when you move, to be present in your body - in the moment - and to be thankful for what we are physically capable of at any stage in our lives. This place of mindfulness and gratitude is where I strive to teach from.

Client Base
I enjoy teaching Pilates and love to work with those new to fitness and mind body movement. With my extensive experience in clinical rehabilitation and having worked with many clients recovering from all types of injuries and surgeries I also enjoy helping those with physical and emotional fatigue due to injury or chronic illness, as these are issues I have dealt with personally and hold close to my heart.
