Philosophy
"Life is a journey, not a destination" - Ralph Waldo Emerson

You don't have to go through the journey alone, I'll be right beside you. I will help you to enjoy the movement of your body and reconnect with yourself... mind, body and spirit. I will teach you how to take something difficult and make the challenge fun. My mission is to help you reach your personal fitness goals and always walk away from your workouts feeling like you really accomplished something that day. I will do this by designing a program that fits your specific personal goals, time, strengths, and limitations. You will be provided with education, motivation, accountability, and challenges.
My main goal will be complete when you make fitness a lifestyle and share it with your friends and family. If fitness is already your lifestyle... I can help you re-charge your program for continued success. I promise to keep it interesting, challenging and most importantly - Fun!

Client Base
I train all ranges of clients from beginners to athletes. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, increase your flexibility, cardio conditioning, recover after an injury or surgery... together we will accomplish your goals!
