In the sense of the old phrase "you are what you eat," I think that you are what you believe and your potential is only limited by your imagination. When we think positively, we see the world through that perspective. When we begin living healthy lifestyles through exercise, nutrition, and basic nurturing of our bodies and minds, we begin to feel better about ourselves and the world around us.

I enjoy working with clients of all ages and fitness levels who are willing to commit to living a healthy lifestyle. I have worked with a broad range of clients, from teenagers to seniors, weight loss training to bodybuilding, 'first timers' to advance athletes. I have also trained clients with post-rehab and pre-existing orthopedic conditions. My mission is to get you motivated and excited so you can achieve your goals!
